"We went in to make some changes to our policy and add renters insurance and the staff was great. Made us feel comfortable, shared some laughs and offered us refreshments. "I cannot say enough about how much I love Joanne Dauphin State Farm’s company and all of their excellent employees. Parker spent an hour on the phone with me to evaluate our car insurance policy to see if we needed to add or remove coverage we didn’t need. He initiated the phone appointment because he wanted to be sure we had good coverage and that we understood the policy we have. His excellent customer service helped us to make adjustments, so we can save money on our car insurance with State Farm. This level of service for our car and homeowners insurance is not something we have experienced with other insurance providers. Parker and their other exemplary representatives, Ryan, are just a phone call away. We all can benefit from having the best insurance coverage at the best price.
